  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Collaborate with client executives and sponsors to build a Case for Change, including project vision/value statements with tangible goals
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Support training efforts
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Ensure the project management and change management standards are leveraged and reinforced
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Required Experience & Skills: 
  • BA/BS Degree and at least 5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity on technology or process change implementations, with at least 2 of those years focused on Change Management
  • Demonstrated experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders with communication skills to speak appropriately to both parties (translating ‘technology’ to the business and vice versa)
  • Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out
  • Experience managing change initiatives for Financial systems, Human Resource systems, and/or Supply Chain systems (e.g. Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Oracle SCM) preferred
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.

  • Must be willing to travel.
Additional Desired Skills:
  • CCMP, Prosci, or other change management certification preferred 
Compensation:Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $160,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
