    • 10-15+ years Transformational Change and Change Management with leadership experience
    • Courage and determination to challenge current practices
    • Experienced in overseeing large delivery programmes and managing change portfolios
    • Ability to liaise with internal and external partner organisations, for the provision of consulting or delivery services
    • Deep expertise in initiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption
    • Affinity with and understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
    • Expertise in transformational change and change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results
    • Experience upskilling others in Change Management
    • Experience within a large, global organisation
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical skills (excel and other reporting tools)
    • Highly organised with an ability to meet tight deadlines
