Description

Company DescriptionPettable is a leading provider of mental health solutions, serving 350,000 clients across the United States with a team of 150 board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, and licensed mental health professionals. By leveraging modern technology and legislation, we are addressing America’s mental health crisis by expanding access to care and services on a national scale.
Recently, Pettable took a transformative step in its mission by acquiring an ADHD diagnosis and treatment company. This acquisition is part of an ambitious growth strategy to address the needs of a large, underserved population and introduce new services designed to maximize patient outcomes. With this expansion, Pettable is broadening its focus to offer comprehensive mental health care solutions and cementing its role as a trusted partner in mental health.
While we continue to provide support for emotional support animals (ESAs) and psychiatric service dogs (PSDs), helping individuals secure essential documentation and training, these services are part of our mission to meet our nation's diverse mental health needs.
Founded in 2020, Pettable is a profitable part of the Mechanism Ventures ecosystem, an early-stage venture firm with a proven track record of cofounding and investing in multiple companies with $100M+ in revenue. In addition to investment and strategic guidance, Mechanism provides extensive operational support in critical areas, including Growth Marketing, Product, Operations, People, Finance, and Legal, with in-house experts at the top of their fields.
Position DescriptionAs the CEO of Pettable, you will lead the company’s next phase of growth, scaling its profitable foundation into an enterprise-scale leader in mental health. Your focus will be cultivating a high-performance culture, driving operational excellence, and executing an ambitious growth strategy with an eventual exit.
You will own the company’s P&L, strategic planning, growth marketing, team development, product expansion, and board management. Following the company’s recent acquisition of an ADHD diagnosis and treatment company, you will introduce new services to address underserved populations and enhance patient outcomes. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, balancing operational execution with strategic vision. As CEO and board member, you will ensure the business has the right strategy, team, and resources to maximize long-term enterprise value.
