As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.

The Cash Securities Administration Services Analyst III role focuses on advanced cash operations, reconciliations, trade approvals, and compliance while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to process improvements. The role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Cash Operations

•           Balance and distribute daily cash reports to stakeholders.

•           Reconcile cash discrepancies between par and cash balances with back-office systems or clients.

•           Perform daily cash modernization (Cash Mod) balancing.

Reconciliations and Reporting

•           Conduct monthly reconciliations reviews accurately and timely.

•           Update and maintain the bi-weekly reconciliation and unapplied wires tracker.

•           Identify and resolve unidentified wires promptly. Raise any wires that are not claimed timely to supervisors.

Trade Approvals

•           Facilitate the approval of trades within established timelines.

•           Assist in monitoring the daily saving of trade approvals.

Compliance and Training

•           Complete regulatory training to maintain compliance.

•           Adhere fully to team policies and procedures.

•           Identify and escalate any risk-related items timely and efficiently.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship

•           Assist in mentoring and training new analysts.

•           Respond to emails and team messages promptly.

•           Lead team meetings, and assist with assigning analyst to take an active role and reiterating material.

Training

•           Conduct training sessions for junior analysts to ensure understanding of processes and systems.

•           Teach junior analysts the processes fully and completely.

•           Act as a direct backup to supervisors in their absence.

Project Leadership

•           Act as a lead on projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.

•           Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success.

Process Improvement

•           Identify bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements.

•           Provide feedback to improve overall efficiency.

•           Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, collateralized loans or analysis or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to analyses information and make independent decisions
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Rewards designed for you

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $53,588 - $80,385. This base pay range is specific to Houston, Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.
