Case Manager - Protection

What will you be doing?

• Tracking the Progress of Submitted Cases
• Speaking to insurers, GP surgeries, and clients to manage and expedite the process.
• Liaising with Sales Managers and Protection Experts to keep them updated 
• Working with Google Sheets to track and manage case progress.
• Being accountable for the success of keeping the lead warm and engaged.

Our team is fast-paced and high volume, managing a pipeline of 80-100 post-submission cases at a time.

Requirements

What do we need from you?

• Minimum of 2 years of protection experience within a similar role.
• Proven experience in a high caseload environment.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a busy and constantly changing pipeline of cases.
• Ability to provide a best-in-class customer experience, going above and beyond each time for your customers.
• Familiar with using CRM’s - Google Sheets/Excel.
