Responsibilities
The Case Coverage Coordinator (CCC) is responsible for processing all incoming cases across multiple contracts; validating case data, entering hard copy case materials into CMS, determining coverage requirements, and scoping investigations.
This position is 100% Remote.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Analyze cases upon receipt from Customer and ensure items are scheduled to meet case coverage standards.
- Streamline the case assignments so that they can be more efficiently assigned by the Workload staff, and more efficiently worked in the field by the Investigative staff; including scheduling and cancelling items as necessary to meet case coverage criteria.
- Ensure DRSIP (Delivery of Re-sequenced Investigative Packet) expectations are met on all items. Coordinate item coverage through internal processes, when necessary.
- Analyze items scheduled during investigative process to ensure items meet case coverage criteria.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
- Work is checked since errors may cause delay or expense. May assist and train less experienced personnel.
- Conduct additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or High School plus advanced training, and 4 yrs of experience.
- 1+ year experience in the Federal Background Investigation Field required
- PIPS and CMS proficiency required
- Must posess and maintain a T5 security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired:
- Experience on multiple DHS and/or IC contracts preferred

Target Salary Range
$39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.EEO
