Carrier Relations Specialist

Position Summary
The Carrier Relations Specialist is responsible for cultivating new and existing carrier relationships by providing them with the best customer service. The role develops and enhances relationships with markets and carriers, coordinates ad-hoc requests and addresses their enquiries. In addition to supporting the carrier relations team, they collaborate closely with the finance/data team on deliverables and development of carrier reporting, support executive communications on carrier updates with RT leadership, and enable broker growth with markets by aiding in driving connectivity through data and communications support.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage deliverables defined by strategic partner agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support planning, execution and follow up for strategic planning meetings and monthly update meetings with market partners.
- Collaborate with carrier relations leader and finance/data team on development of carrier dashboards.
- Support project management on delivery of ad hoc reporting requests from strategic market partners.
- Distribute timely market reports to executive team to keep them apprised of meaningful market updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and office leadership and admin teams to develop and maintain event calendar for market-facing meetings.
- Create and maintain calendar of market-hosted events and track RT colleagues attending each event.
- Support property/casualty teams in keeping SharePoint files current with market updates.
- Support carrier relations leader in the ongoing build of out the carrier relations function and capabilities.
Work Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Business with 5+ years of experience; or Masters Degree with 3 years related experience.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
