The Role:

At this stage, we are looking for tutors with experience in any of the following fields:
Sales
Banking
Wealth Management / Private Banking
Asset management
Consulting
Risk/Compliance
Tecnology/AI
Business Analyst/Data Science
Software Engineering
Marketing/media/PR
Luxury Fashion 

Responsibilities:

Training Planning: Design personalised learning curricula based on each mentee’s technical skills and industry understanding

Exploratory Career Chats: Facilitate introductions and Q&A sessions to help mentees refine their industry preferences 

CV & Cover Letter Crafting: Work with mentees to articulate compelling narratives and tailor CVs and cover letters

Campus Integration Support: Advise on leadership roles in university societies and harness the alumni network for targeted referrals 

Mock sessions: Offer detailed mentoring on technical solutions, stock pitches, market news commentary, M&A deal analyses, and consulting case studies

Interview Coaching: Deliver comprehensive one-on-one training to help mentees craft behavioural stories to demonstrate cultural fit. Build technical proficiency in financial modelling, quantitative problems, coding challenges, and consulting case walkthroughs. Guide them through final-stage interviews and assessment centre exercises.

Return Offer Bootcamp: Lead pre‑summer boot camps to refine on‑the‑job technical and interpersonal skills, boosting summer interns’ chances of full‑time returns  

Qualifications And Competencies

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in one of the specified role fields; proven track record of navigating the recruitment cycle

Mentorship Background: Previous mentoring, training, or teaching experience in a professional setting (Preferred)

Recruiting Insight: Deep knowledge of spring week, internship, and graduate recruitment processes at top global firms

Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a leading university; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, relevant coding boot camps) a plus
