Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is looking for a Care Management Specialist to join our team. The Care Management Specialist, in collaboration with the Care Manager, assists in coordinating the utilization review and discharge planning tasks. They are responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative aspects of utilization review and discharge planning and other assigned duties within the Care Management department.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.
• Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • Experience within a health system is preferred.
  • Medical Terminology knowledge is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or other health certification is preferred.

Pay Range:

$18.50 - $24.25

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
