Care Advisor (Inside Sales/Call Center)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and compassionate Care Advisor to join our team at Tandem Care. We need someone who is solution-oriented, highly organized, and loves the challenge of converting prospects into satisfied clients.

About The Role

  • The Care Advisor is the voice of our innovative home care approach and should be an expert on our services.
  • Engage with families who inquire about setting up caregiver services.
  • Diligent outreach and follow up regularly with leads.
  • Understand a lead's care needs and situation and craft personalized care programs
  • Guide the client through the process of setting up care.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Loves Interaction: Your role is primarily phone-based, but you will also use text and email to engage with prospective clients. You should enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
  • Is Empathetic and Confident: You need to exude an aura of expertise and empathy, ensuring families feel understood and confident in the care solutions you propose.
  • Is Highly Organized: With a mix of inbound and outbound calls, you must be able to follow up diligently, keep meticulous records, and use CRM tools effectively to track progress.
  • Communicates Our USP: Clearly articulate Tandem Care's unique selling propositions, how we differ from traditional care agencies, and why our approach benefits families.

Requirements

  • Must live in California.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar inside sales role (call center or similar).
  • At least 1 year of experience in senior care (assisted living or home care/caregiving preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
$22 - $25 per hour, based on experience.Bonus program for exceeding client acquisition goals.
