Summary
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campaign Success Manager to oversee marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and foster strong relationships with law firms across the country. This role is crucial in ensuring the success and quality of marketing campaigns while serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external teams. The goal of this position is to drive campaign renewal from our external partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to solve problems proactively.
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, providing insights to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations
- Ensure client objectives are met through strategic campaign management
- Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and organization
- Provide proactive support throughout the campaign lifecycle to drive campaign renewal from our external law firm partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, businesses, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management, legal marketing experience a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel, Salesforce reporting knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for client engagement and relationship building
- Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus
