Job Description

This position is remote but location preference for candidate is Northeast, Midwest or South. West/Mountain time zone will not work for this role.

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Strategy & Design: 

  • Lead the creation, deployment, and optimization of dynamic campaigns specifically tailored for our specific product lines using the 6sense ABX platform. 

  • Ensure campaigns resonate with the nuances and specifics of the specific markets and our target audience segments. 

  •  

Data-Driven Insights & Performance Metrics: 

  • Extract actionable insights from campaign data to consistently refine and improve the marketing strategy both while campaigns are in flight, and post-mortem on future campaigns. 

  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure comprehensive tracking, attribution, and ROI measurements for each campaign. 

Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  • Engage with project management, product marketing, brand, and creative team to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative around our Imaging product line and Oncology care pathway. 

  • Work closely with sales to bridge the gap between marketing efforts and sales conversions, enhancing the efficiency of our sales pipeline. 

Customer Trend Monitoring and Channel Expansion: 

  • Keep up-to-date on customer journey trends, shifting content consumption models, and new channels to test our content on. 

  • Maintain tight coordination with marketing partners like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc. as well as internal SEO, SEM, and Social Media Specialists. 

 

ABX Platform Expertise (6sense preferred, but not required): 

  • Stay abreast of all features, updates, and best practices associated with the 6sense ABX platform. 

  • Regularly liaise with 6sense support and community to drive maximum value from the platform. 

Training & Development: 

  • Support training initiatives for the marketing team, emphasizing the best practices in campaign orchestration, content execution, and consumption trends. 

  • Remain updated with the latest trends in growth marketing, especially as they pertain to the healthcare imaging and oncology sector. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in campaign management, with a preference for experience in the healthcare/medical device sector. 

  • Proven expertise with the 6sense ABX platform or similar account-based marketing tools. 

  • Experience creating campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta’s platforms.  

  • Proficiency in creating a digital marketing strategy, executing and optimizing the strategy throughout the campaign lifecycle. 

  • Analytical prowess with a strong penchant for data-driven decision-making. 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. 

  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $116,688.00-$175,032.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
