Call Handler Sales Work From Home

Position: Concierge Team Member

Location: Work from home

Introduction: We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a member of our concierge team, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts via calls, webchat, and email.
• Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings.
• Booking property valuations.
• Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches, such as creating brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, and data input.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards.

• You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days. The vacancy hours are Sunday to Thursday 9am to 6pm.

• Competitive basic salary ranging from £23,000 to £24,000 per year, depending on sales experience.

This role is permanently work from home, you must live in the Newport, United Kingdom area.
