The Workforce Planner Analyst plays a key role in forecasting the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) caregiver operations and ensuring proper staffing levels. This role will leverage data to make sure that the PEC's business workforce supports the business needs, goals, and strategic plans while increasing customer satisfaction and experience.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of workforce management experience
- 1 year of managing employee scheduling with experience analyzing trends and forecasting staffing needs
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service Call Center experience in Healthcare or Information Technology
