CAC Estimating Specialist

Role specifics:

• Licenses: No Specific Licensing Requirement
• Location: This role is for a full-time 1099 position - remote 

How you'll make an impact:

• Apply claims experience to appropriately resolve claims, via phone or email communication.
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service through each step of the process.
• Handle claims consistent with Elite's policies, procedures, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate timely and efficiently. 
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims, applying your claims experience and or construction knowledge to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Construction knowledge OR 5 years of Xactimate/Symbility experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Desired:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Field Experience specifically with property losses
• Experience Working with Vendors – Architects, Engineers, Building Consultants
• Estimate Reconciliation
