Job Description:

Strategic Business Partnership

• Collaborate closely with the BU General Manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and M&A activities.

Financial Modelling and Scenario Analysis

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business drivers on financial performance.
• Create and present financial projections to senior management.

Business Analysis and Performance Management

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate financial performance to the BU General Manager and senior leadership.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.
• Understand the SaaS business model, and the key metrics within.

Drive BU Financial Performance

• Actively participate in the monthly and quarterly close process, providing detailed variance analysis.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71,250 and $95,000 USD. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
