As a Business Systems Analyst Sr, you will meet with both internal partners as well as external shareholders to garner requirements of various projects within Tempus. You will continue to meet with said partners throughout the lifecycle of the project, providing updates and keeping everybody abreast of progress being made, as well as to address any additional questions or concerns. You will also work directly with Tempus system architects to document functional flows, as well as be responsible for Jira card creation and mapping.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking the following qualifications:
· Experience as a business analyst or process analyst
· Strong critical thinking skills
· Process driven mindset
· Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, design models and workflow diagrams
· Working knowledge of systems integration modeling, structured and agile software development methodologies
· Ability to solve problems and provide alternative solutions
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholders
· Experience with Confluence/Jira/Atlassian tools

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
Job Description- Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
- Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
- Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
- Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
- Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
