Your Opportunity:

The Business Systems Analyst focuses on B2B application and integration components of all sizes and complexities.  Designs, manages and tests mission critical enterprise solutions including, web services and enterprise web-based applications.  Performs basic training, support and debugging, as well as maintaining and repairing existing applications.

Work Location:

  • This role is 5 days remote. 

  • Location: Oklahoma based candidates that can drive to visit the Perry location monthly for teambuilding and collaboration are strongly preferred.

  • Also, prior TTC employees/rehires, or those near other TTC locations will also be preferred applicants: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

What Will You Do? 

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

  • Analyze business processes.  Design and implement system functionality to create the most efficient business processes.

  • Conduct research and create documentation on new functionality.  Validate concepts and provide knowledge transfer to create a savvy user group and effective solutions.

  • Responsible for applying best practices; planning and coordinating testing; conducting data and process analysis; implementing data avoidance; removal or archiving where possible to maintain system and data integrity.

  • Provide support to users through troubleshooting issues, proposing process enhancements, conducting data queries and updates, and providing training to maintain efficient business process flow.

  • Translate business requirements into effective technical specifications by obtaining a thorough understanding of business and system processes.

  • Act as the liaison between the functional and technical teams, interpreting and documenting requirements, and facilitating implementation.

  • Apply knowledge to provide software or technology solutions. Participate in projects.  May be a technical or project lead in some aspects of a project. 

 

Other Work Location Considerations:

  • Based out of the Ditch Witch® division headquarters in Perry, OK.

  • Ability to travel to other TTC locations once or twice a year for software implimentations, learning, relationship building and/or team-building.

  • Rapidly changing workload, priorities, demands, schedules, and deadlines.

  • Regular, continuous use of a personal computer.

What Do You Need? 

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience.  

  • Have a general understanding of application development.  Experience with business systems (i.e. ERPs, CRMs) and experience with business process improvement techniques.

  • Some experience with SQL Server or other relational databases. Working knowledge of SAP technologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical users to successfully complete work assignments. Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technologies and requirements.

  • Desire to be challenged and continually learn new skills.  Ability to organize work, establish priorities and follow through energetically. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Experience:  Prior demonstrated success and experience with SAP CPCQ  or SAP Sales Cloud strongly preferred. Experience working with SAP CX suite of products: SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP CRM, SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP Marketing.  

  • Location: Oklahoma based candidates that can drive to visit the Perry location monthly for teambuilding and collaboration are strongly preferred. Also preferred, prior TTC employees/rehires, or those near other TTC locations: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.    

  • Customer Centric:  Prior demonstrated success and experience gathering requirements and specifications for new and existing development projects and issues resolution.

  • Academic: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related preferred.

Job Title: 

The job title will be based on academic and prior years of directly related experience.

  • Business Systems Analyst I:  Bachelors Degree plus more than two (2) years related experience, or in lieu of degree six (6) plus years of related experience.

  • Business Systems Analyst II:  Bachelors Degree plus more than four (4) years related experience, or in lieu of degree eight (8) plus years of related experience.

  • Business System Analyst III: Bachelors Degree plus more than six (6) years related experience, or in lieu of degree ten (10) plus years of related experience.

  • Competitive Salary – A reasonable pay range for this opportunity is $77,000-$110,000 .  The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
