Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
Location: US remote
We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our ERP and related financial systems. You will be responsible for reporting, system customizations, administration, and user support.
In this role you would implement, enhance and maintain key business systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Blackline and Revenue systems (Zuora/ARM). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and then document them. Design new solutions based on the requirements, perform testing and then implement these new systems/enhancements. You will also manage custom reports, manage integrations, and fine-tune system performance, ensuring our ERP adapts to the evolving needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements and produce quality functional design for new business application solutions and related IT processes.
- Execute the solutions with tight coordination with direct stakeholders and other key stakeholders across the company.
- Support and maintain current business solutions and guide users for maximizing adoption and value from the solutions.
- Meet IT Service SLA and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Maintain clear documentation of business processes, system configurations, and project updates
- Support the preparation of compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP NetSuite in a global, public Hi-Tech environment.
- Hands on experience in NetSuite and one or more of - Coupa, Blackline and Revenue Systems like Zuora Revenue or NetSuite ARM.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proven ability to gain cooperation and collaborate with others.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff. Proficient in English (verbal and written).

What would be a plus:
- Background in Data Warehouse design, ETL and large data sets.
- Knowledge of SQL. Databricks and python experience a plus
The pay range for this position is $60,959 - $177,798. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
