Job Description:

Location: We support US flexible working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

How you will contribute:

• Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards.

• Provide strategic analysis to define and improve standard solutions, standard deliverables and templates.

• Work with IT and business users to evaluate data and extract requests and recommend viable short and long term solutions.

• Ability to work on large and small scale projects for new business implementations and for maintaining existing client implementations with a significant focus on dental encounters, claims, eligibility and enrollment via 837, 835, 999, 834, 277 EDI standards.

• Ability to document and maintain requirements using source to target maps, data dictionary, process documentation and team defined standards; using tools such as Visio, Word and Excel. 

• Ability to perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Ensure data quality through scenario based testing.

• Other duties as needed or required.

What you will bring with you:

Required:

• BS or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination.

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Data Analyst. 

• Must have demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility, experience and leadership.

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong ability to shift focus as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate technical details to technical and non-technical resources.

• Ability to facilitate a conference call, WEBEX, in-person meeting with clients and internal team members.

• Knowledge of dental or medical insurance claims processing.

• Familiarity with appropriate handling of Personal Health Information (PHI) data.

• Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively.  

• Requires overall light physical effort (up to 25lbs.)

• Manual dexterity and sitting is required in carrying out position own position responsibilities (i.e. use of personal computer).

• Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required.

• Incumbent works primarily in either a private or shared office environment.

Salary Range: $67,300 - $101,000

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
