As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be part of the Product Design & Architecture team where you will be paired with a Software Architect and work alongside developers to create functional specifications on enterprise level complex projects. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading presentations and meetings, where you will discuss business requirements and designs to ensure that they are meeting stakeholder objectives and goals.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking the following qualifications:
· Strong critical thinking skills
· Ability to analyze complex business needs
· Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions
· Ability to manage requirements elicitation for large scale projects
· Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications, design models and workflow diagrams
· Experience with various software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile, etc.
· Ability to solve problems and provide alternative solutions
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholder
· Experience with Confluence/Jira/Atlassian tools

Job Description- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
