The Importance of the Role
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 7th, 2025, and conclude on December 19th, 2025. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program.
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements from users and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify areas for efficiency gains.
Assist with translating business requirements into functional specifications to create effective solutions within the Enterprise Data Platform.
Collaborate with data governance subject matter experts to ensure data integrity through industry standard data governance processes.
Effectively communicate with the team’s project manager to ensure project timelines and project scope are met.
Document processes, changes and troubleshooting procedures into business and functional requirements.
Strong ability to analyze complex data to assist with drawing insightful conclusions to understand business needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain system issues, propose solutions and implement best practices.
Participate in Proof of Concepts (POC) on new technologies and document findings.
Provides support for ad hoc analysis and performs other related duties as assigned.
More about You
Undergraduate (senior) or graduate student pursuing a degree of a relevant business technology major such as Computer Science or Information Technology Management.
Experience in healthcare data analysis, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferred.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with technology project delivery and agile delivery methodology
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake) and data analysis and transformation tools (e.g. Informatica).
Demonstrated positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
