We are currently searching for a talented Business Support Assistant to temporarily join our team. This might be an entry-level position with a 3-6 month contract, but the view is fantastic! Providing key operational and administrative support to Professional Development, you will get the inside-picture of how a multimillion-dollar company functions day to day.
This position requires strong administrative skills, a customer-service orientation, and an ability to learn on your feet. If you are an incredibly organized individual who wants to learn new skills in a challenging yet fun environment—and you have a passion for helping others and pitching in where needed—then don’t pass up this opportunity!
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Break down projects into tasks and track their progress, ensuring accountability and visibility into project timelines
- Strong foundation in Microsoft Office:
- Outlook for scheduling
- Excel for basics of pivot tables and manipulation of data sets
- SharePoint and OneNote for managing our document/project notes repository
- Experience with Zoom:
- Pull attendance reports and chat logs
- College degree preferred
- Strong administrative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy
- Capacity for providing outstanding customer service
- Great sense of urgency
