Business Support Administrator (Maternity Cover)
£25,000 | Remote within the UK with occasional travel | 8-month contract

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill admin job. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly across membership, events, training, marketing, and finance. You’ll help us turn ambitious ideas into a seamless reality for our members, clients, and the team.
What You’ll Do
From managing our CRM system to coordinating event logistics, your days will be filled with variety. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
• Be the go-to person for membership admin, from resolving login issues to keeping data fresh.
• Keep events on track, whether it’s setting up a webinar or liaising with venues for in-person gatherings.
• Add flair to our marketing efforts by scheduling posts and curating email campaigns.
• Help us stay financially savvy, processing invoices and keeping an eagle eye on payments.
What We’re Looking For

• A knack for communication—both written and spoken.
• A love for tech and tools like MS Office, with bonus points for experience in membership or HR-related environments.
