As IT Business Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and sustaining IT’s relationship with the key supply chain business areas of demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse management. You will be responsible for effectively partner with these areas to ensure Solenis’ technology helps them drive the right business outcomes. As such, strong partnering skills and business acumen along with an understanding of technology areas are needed.
This role will also take a key part in integration projects to ensure any integrated company’s supply chain processes and data function correctly within Solenis’ technology environment.
While primarily responsible for the IT business relationship with the key supply chain stakeholders you will also have responsibility to ensure the projects and demands from the business are the right decisions for the organization overall and meets KPIs and ROI requirements. As such, you will be partnering closely with our technical teams including SAP, demand planning and manufacturing platforms and other technical teams. In addition, this role is responsible for following the organizations project management governance processes and ensuring the PMO teams are aligned to all key decisions from the business.
Business Partnership and Integrations
- Build and leverage relationships with global supply chain management and key stakeholders in demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse management. Act as the liaison between supply chain teams and IT to address business issues, participate in strategy meetings, and adjust priorities based on evolving customer needs.
- Partner with the PMO, Architecture and technical teams to identify and architect technology solutions to solve supply chain business problems.
- Participate in supply chain workstreams of larger enterprise projects including integrations. This includes working across the business and IT to ensure integrated company’s supply chain processes works correctly in Solenis systems.
- Understand business issues and help provide insights into solving those issues through technology. Conduct meetings with business leaders to create business (functional and non-functional) requirements.
- Partner with PMO to identify project requirements, milestones, phases, and elements; assist in forming project team and establishing project budget.
Team and Project Management:
- Work closely with the technical cross functional teams that support the supply chain technology processes to ensure the technologies continues to improve and meet business needs
- Partner with the PMO and technical teams to solution and architect technology to solve supply chain business problems.
- Assist the supply chain leaders to fund their technology demands and projects according to PMO processes and the organizations capital and budget funding processes.
- Ensure the supply chain technology needs are prioritized and addressed in the IT organization. Ensure the supply chain technical issues are addressed and resolved swiftly.
- Ensure Team follows all Solenis standard processes including Issue resolution, Change Management, and Project management.
Experience/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or comparable.
- 5- 7 years in a similar role.
- Working knowledge and experience with SAP Supply chain process areas, demand planning platforms, or equivalents
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong collaboration, consultative, and analytical skills.
- Strong organization and business communications skills (oral and written) are required.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Infor and Logility a plus.
- Experience with Masterdata and data integrations.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.

This position can be remote but will require up to 20% travel, mostly to the Wilmington DE office.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,675.00 and $164,745.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law. ApplyJob Profile
