  • Drive global information technology related programs across the business product marketing organization with cross-functional partners to drive impact, efficiency, effectiveness in support of our product goals and priorities.
  • Define business strategy, governance and controls across programs like collecting market feedback on all business products across Meta and Planning Go To Market for all key Business Product Solutions with the Business Product Marketing Team.
  • Ensure the team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicate issues related to staying on schedule.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions across all programs.
  • Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, implementation and post-implementation phases of the programs.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for all programs and tasks assigned.
  • Manage risks and/or issues and take corrective actions.
  • Perform risk management and change management across all programs.
  • Create relationships across teams, moving programs forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress.
  • Managing stakeholders’ communication.
  • Work closely with Meta's product and engineering teams to define team needs metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide hands-on project management during all phases of the project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases) with an emphasis on communication to project sponsors, stakeholders and project teams.
  • Drive continuous operational efficiency and effectiveness to programs and processes, including embracing new tools, systems, and technology solutions that drive greater efficiency and streamline workflows in close partnership with cross-functional technology and operations business partners.
  • Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, manage prioritization with engineering teams to ensure development of new tools and technologies.
  • Lead requirement gathering for internal tooling and work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain internal tooling & process ecosystem to drive efficiency for the business product marketing team.
