We are seeking a Business Process Outsourcing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical experience in project management and offshoring within the financial services industry. The intern will assist with process evaluation, building procedures and processes, and participate in meetings with our global workforce partner. Key takeaways from this role include developing a strong understanding of project management principles, modeling and reporting, enhancing skills in process optimization, and gaining insights into offshoring strategies. This position is ideal for students aspiring to build a career in business process optimization and financial services.

Primary Job Functions
Reporting
Aggregate and arrange data for KPI and efficiency reporting
Learn about invoicing process and assist with deliverables
Will gain an understanding of how to create, arrange, and present basic data sets
Maintain Audit Tracking
Review Outsourcing audit documentation and assist with reporting
Determine where improvements can be made in audit process, partner with other business lines to validate findings
Read, review, and assess standard operating procedures and quality control documents in partnership with Senior Manager
Meet with Global Workforce Partners
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and our global workforce partners
Coordinate with internal teams and global workforce partners to ensure follow through on meeting agendas and deliverables
Will learn about how offshoring works in a corporate setting
Special Projects as Assigned
Assist with administrative projects as assigned
Assist with tracking and preparation of presentations
Provide support for other departmental functions as needed
