Job Description:

Department Overview: This role is supporting the Process and Procedure Factory which is part of Program Eagle. The Process and Procedure factory is responsible for completing a one-time uplift for all of the Processes and Procedures across AMCB to ensure they are documented consistently, end to end, in accordance with our new standards and aligned to our Process and Product taxonomy. While completing the uplift, the factory is also responsible for documenting all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations, Policies, Standards, Risks, Controls, Procedures, Process Maps, Business Capabilities, Assets and EUCs. This role will be a part of a pod working in sprints to deliver the new Process and Procedure Documentation into the official book of record. Specifically, the primary responsibility of this role will be to work closely with the business to facilitate workshops as well as oversee and support both the procedure writing, process map documentation and component linking. As part of the application process, an assessment will be administered to ensure you are able to demonstrate your ability to execute on the primary responsibilities of the role.

The Business Process Manager II uses bank operations knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to partner with the business lines he/she supports. Analyzes current business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, increase operational efficiency, provide business line project support, develop and maintain metrics/service level reporting and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned units.
