Job Summary:

This position is responsible for aiding in or leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects. Represents the business area in strategic planning activities and provides recommendations based on best practice benchmarking, data analysis, and forecasting. Consults with clients to identify current and future business needs of large-scale complex end-to-end processes. Provides oversight for research, design, build, testing, deployment, analysis, administering, and maintaining environments.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in strategic planning and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business and stakeholder requirements to develop and recommend best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service engineers, technology, and vendors, to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements and technology solutions.

  • Oversee and support business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and anticipating future process adaptations.

  • Represent the business area in senior-level strategic discussions, applying industry insights and business acumen to drive decision-making.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred). In lieu of the education requirement, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business process consulting or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of continual improvement processes, data compilation, strategic planning, strategic thinking, and trend analysis.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$107,250.00 - $156,750.00
