Business Process Automation Analyst
We are seeking a bright and highly motivated BPA Analyst to join our team in evaluating business processes to identify candidates for automation. You will be able to evaluate processes as well as design and implement solutions from the ground up to address business challenges and empower our internal teams. This role will challenge your problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, decision making ability, and stretch your creative mind.
Your responsibilities
• Evaluate business processes for automation and process improvement feasibility
• Manage automation projects from process review to delivery
• Create business cases for applicable projects for leadership sign off
• Independently solve problems and come up with innovative and more effective processes and with the appropriate technology.
• Action business requirements to automated solutions.
• Be comfortable working in an collaborative team focused environment and communicate well with all members of the team.
You’re good at
• Managing and augmenting business process
• Working on multiple projects at once
• Clear and effective communication at all levels of business
• Learning new technology and best practices
You might also have
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
• A passion for making things more efficient
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products like Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of meetings management and the end to end processes involved

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business Process Automation Analyst is between $60,000 - $65,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
