Job Description:

A ServiceNow QA Resource ensures the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications by developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include creating detailed test cases, performing manual and automated tests, and managing defects. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with test automation tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications and experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF). This position is vital for maintaining the performance of ServiceNow applications, supporting IT service management, and aiding digital transformation efforts within the organization.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $43,800 - $81,300.
