What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for supporting creation and management of a complex transformation implementation plan across the portfolio of Technology & Workforce Strategy initiatives, providing guidance to individual program and functional teams, and ensuring consistent application of transformation principles across multiple initiatives.

This role will support initiative leadership and subject matter experts in development of solutions that enable program success across Technology & Workforce Strategy initiatives, then pull those solutions through into actionable plans and implement within the organization. Areas of transformation include capability building, technology and process improvements, and culture change. The Senior Manager Business Performance will gather, analyze, and synthesize cross-functional information across a variety of sources to turn unstructured business issues and requests into appropriate transformation mapping, implementation plans, and high-quality deliverables. The incumbent will also support program level presentations and reports that clearly summarize status, issues, implications and recommendations to key partners to inform and communicate decision making.

This role will support overall implementation of complex cross-functional projects, often parachuting into critical workstreams to de-bottleneck and/or accelerate performance.

The ideal candidate will also have deep expertise in project management and R&D scientific and operational subject matter, including the ability to interface with and synthesize inputs from cross-functional subject matter experts, often in highly technical fields.
