Business Operations Specialist - Justice, Research, and Victim Services Portfolio (REMOTE Role)

Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work with ICF project managers and corporate services to support the ongoing operations of our justice, research, victim service programs. This involves close coordination with corporate purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, travel to implement key processes, keep project schedules and documentation up to date, and track and manage project tasks. This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment while also be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
Applicants are required to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage subcontractor agreements
· Process invoices for consultants and vendors.
· Serve as contact point for consultants, vendors, managers, and federal clients.
· Coordinate with ICF business services (subcontracts, procurement, AP).
· Provider operational support for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
· Create/edit project task tracker, schedules, forecasts in Excel and other online platforms.
· Support project meetings, take notes, develop meeting summaries.
· Provide logistical planning and delivery support for onsite events.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 3+ years’ experience in business operations.
· 3+ years’ experience with Federal government agencies.
· US Citizenship is required per federal contract requirement.
· This position requires an OJP security clearance due to the handling of personally identifiable information (PII). Candidate must currently hold or be able to obtain clearance.

· Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
· Effective written and oral communication.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
· Strong organization and time management skills; keen attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
