IV.AI is looking for a Business Marketing Analyst. As such, you will be at the core of our marketing and business intelligence efforts, providing the analytical insights that drive our marketing strategies and support our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that informs business decisions and shapes our marketing campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis and marketing will help IV.AI stay ahead of market trends, and customer needs while optimizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will identify and understand market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, translating those insights into actionable strategies that enhance our marketing initiatives and business objectives. You will regularly engage with the marketing, sales, and product teams to evaluate campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and forecast trends to help shape future marketing efforts.

Your ability to use data to inform decision-making will directly impact IV.AI’s market positioning and the success of our customer acquisition strategies. You will ensure our marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with the company's broader business goals.

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 (in USD) depending on experience

Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis and Improvements

  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for growth.
  • Recommend and implement actionable changes to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Develop, track, and analyze key business metrics.
  • Provide transparent reporting to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the strategic roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate and execute projects across teams (marketing, sales, operations).
  • Regularly report on project outcomes and progress to stakeholders.

Content Creation and Campaign Management

  • Design and implement B2C content strategies that elevate brand awareness.
  • Measure content effectiveness to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in marketing, operations, data analytics or similar at a startup (Seed, Series A) or in consulting.
    • Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions)
    • Strong sense of ownership and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be authorized to work in the US.
