Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $75K - $115K (depending on experience)

 This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. 

 

Become a member of a collaborative team focused on creating solutions to support various data analysis and visualization efforts within NAVAIR. Develop and support applications to support customer data calls, process improvements, and decision-making capabilities. Implement tools and techniques to achieve customer goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and test solutions to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to analyze product requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes and optimize applications.
  • Troubleshoot errors and provide support to team members.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of development experience using business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with team members and customers.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving errors.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • At least 2 years of applicable experience and an AA/AS degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education:
At least 2 years of applicable experience and an AA/AS degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
