Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst is part of the Sales and Business Services department, which resides on the Sales Operations team and reports to the Director of Sales Operations. As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the reporting and dashboard needs, and the data integrity components of Salesforce, PowerBI, Pardot, Business Intelligence tooling, and other systems for the Sales and Business Services (SBS) team. You will manage reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Sales and Business Services operations including pipeline, performance metrics, trends, and opportunities amongst various sales teams. You will take lead in helping to ensure Salesforce has clean and accurate data.

Salary Range: $69,600 - $114,900 We offer a competitive total rewards package at the Center for Internet Security:

What You'll Do
- Create and maintain reports/dashboards on all SBS metrics, including time to close, customer retention and renewals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Scope, design and develop executive level reports and key supporting artifacts (presentations, data analysis, process mapping, etc.)
- Serve as a resource for other CIS business units when sales data is requested for continuity
- Work cross-functionally to help teams draw conclusions and improvements from the data
- Lead on enhanced data integrity in Salesforce to include standardization, deduplication, verification, monitoring, and education
- Define data quality dashboards and drill through reports
- Perform data clean-up operations to promote reporting accuracy
- Ensure data integrity practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to and identify training opportunities
- Participate in strategy discussions to help leadership identify areas of opportunity
- Foster collaborative partnerships across business units

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field*
- 3+ year experience with Salesforce reporting and/or data governance
- 2+ years’ experience with PowerBI reporting
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and reporting
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Demonstrated understanding of business practices and fundamental understanding of project management methodology
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and/or training other colleagues
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
It's a Plus if you have:
- Pardot experience
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) software
*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
