Business Intelligence Analyst

As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support and help the BI Analytics team by formulating, developing, and maintaining analytical reports and models on the operational performance. Every day you will assist in developing reports that will track results and performance of operational business units, sales, and account management teams. You will also manage the prioritization of tasks, implementation of workflows, managing productivity requirements, maintaining accurate staffing models, and generate ad hoc reporting requests from senior management. To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate strong work ethics and apply technical analytical skills to drive meaningful insights. 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Designing new automated reports to highlight value and insights for clients. Working with the development team throughout the process to provide clarity and test data while ensuring that input from all business owners is incorporated into the reports.
• Analyze supply and demand by service offerings in Physician Advisory Services to identify staffing volumes and operational deficiencies.
• Design and maintain scorecards tracking performance by team or individual team member for sales and account management.
• Maintain operating models. 

Required Skills:

• SQL experience
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel 
• Analytical skills – must have a mastery of the data sets they are responsible for; must be timely and accurate

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,065.98 - $77,527.90 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
