Business Intelligence Analyst (PowerBI)

Abound Health is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI Analyst) to help us grow. This role reports directly to the CFO and is a remote position with the requirement to work East Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including dashboards and interactive visualizations

• Collaborate with leaders across all departments to create and optimize intelligent reports

• Reduce overall business reporting time through automation and adoption of self-serve data models

• Increase organizational knowledge of data analytics through topical and general training sessions

• Provide troubleshooting and assistance for reporting and analytic needs and issues

• Explore machine learning capabilities of existing and new datasets and integrate learnings into the existing business model

• Improve data delivery methods and cadence

• Assist with other ad-hoc data analytic needs

Major Requirements:

• MUST have extensive experience with Power BI, including:

  • Creating complex dashboards

  • Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those needs through Power BI

  • Data visualization, creating data flows, and data modeling

• Strong proficiency in SQL and developing complex queries

• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Business Intelligence or data analytics experience with proven expertise in creating complex dashboards required

• 3-5+ years of experience with database technology, emphasizing analytical and reporting tools in PowerBI required

• Experience with Microsoft’s stack of reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation & Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $90,000-$115,000

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
