The Restaurant365 Enterprise Applications team is looking for an Integration Engineer to help build and maintain the services that our company uses to engage with customers, sell our product, and operate smoothly. This includes applications and platforms for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HRIS systems, and the integration between these systems. The Integration Engineer and the Enterprise Application team will also partner with our data warehouse and analytics team on products and services that give our internal customers a clear picture of how the business performs. This team is all about scaling business operations through process efficiency, automation, data, and governance.  

How you'll add value:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to architect and implement scalable system integrations.
  • Develop custom integrations development process (using platforms such as Workato) from requirements gathering to full solution design and implementation.
  • Build integrations between enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Intacct, Marketo, Monday, Snowflake, and other external SaaS applications in our ecosystem.
  • Understand the business processes, business systems, integration points, and overall architecture of solutions using integration platform services.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand the requirements and define and develop solutions.
  • Create standards, policies, best practices, and documentation for Workato platform and integrations.
  • Serve as an advisor and technical subject matter expert to other users of the enterprise integration platform and that best practices are being followed.
  • Manage 3rd party integration services and vendor dependencies in integrations.
  • Stay current with the latest tools, technology ideas, patterns, and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key stakeholders.
  • Use an automated observability framework for ensuring reliability, quality, and adherence to SLA’s.
  • Responsible for ensuring platforms, products, and services are delivered with operational excellence and rigorous adherence to ITSM process and InfoSec policies.
  • Adopt and follow sound Agile practices for the delivery of data engineering and analytics solutions.
  • Embrace ambiguity and other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equally relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using iPaaS, Workato preferred.
  • Industry experience preferences from the technology sector (SaaS, software, B2B) or restaurant sector.
  • Strong corporate business acumen with a solid understanding in business flows: RevOps, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Employee on/off-boarding, Etc.
  • Experience in defining solutions using microservices patterns, integration patterns, and designing service and API interfaces.
  • Hands-on deep knowledge of integration patterns and styles for application, cloud-native and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in developing applications with large sets of complex domain-specific business requirements and workflows.
  • Familiarity integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications and building cross-system workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to relate technical solutions to business terminology and goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote culture and across many time zones and partners.

  • This position has a salary range of $87,000 - $137,000 / year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
