Role Overview
RTX is seeking an experience dynamic, hardworking Business Engagement Lead to promote the sharing of ideas and adoption of enterprise Classified Digital Services (CDS). What You Will Do:

 

**Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Business Units:**

• Proactively engage with key stakeholders in business units to understand their requirements, challenges, and priorities relative to classified digital service delivery.
• Regularly meet with business unit leaders to build rapport and trust, ensuring open lines of communication and alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business unit needs and provide solutions that drive value.
• Act as a strategic partner to business units, offering insights and recommendations to support their objectives.
