Description

The Business Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting business units in managing local changes while also leading projects. This role combines expertise in continuous improvement, business analysis, project management and change management to ensure that business units are empowered and supported in their initiatives. The Business Enablement Manager plays a key role in ensuring that continuous improvement and change is delivered efficiently and in line with strategic priorities.

Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions. 

Day to day we’ll trust you to:   

  • Collaborate with Change and Enablement Lead: Work closely with the Change and Enablement Lead to ensure alignment between business enablement initiatives and the overall change strategy.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within business processes and implement changes to streamline operations.
  • Training and support: Provide ongoing training and support to business units, empowering them to manage their own changes with minimal reliance on the Change and Delivery team.
  • Change Management: Support business units in managing local changes, providing the necessary tools and guidance to ensure effective execution.
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure clear understanding of project and change objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead projects ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
