This role is essential to ensure the continued success of DocGo’s business development efforts and could expand to other markets such as Colorado or Texas as success in the Wisconsin/Illinois region is achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within health systems and partner organizations.
  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing partnerships to drive the expansion of DocGo’s services within the local healthcare market.
  • Be the primary point of contact for referral source questions or issues, ensuring timely service recovery and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to create and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand trust, engagement, and market presence.
  • Partner with corporate business intelligence teams to analyze local market and partner-specific data, producing regular reports on metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing strategies and suggest new initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Leverage healthcare industry knowledge to help position DocGo as a trusted partner in the region.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business development activities, including sales and outreach in competitive markets.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • High integrity in managing confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Reliable transportation for business-related travel (mileage reimbursement provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare systems and operations.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow new business.
  • Experience working with multiple accounts and handling complex sales processes.
  • Strong ability to secure new clients and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, with an understanding of EMS and healthcare delivery models.
