This position requires the applicant to live in the Seattle/Tacoma area.
Position Summary
The Business Development Representative is responsible for providing business-to-business (B2B) outside/inside sales and service focused on growing MultiCare’s customer loyalty with employers and other commercial stakeholders in the occupational medicine market. The incumbent collaborates with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and to manage growth projects for the business.Responsibilities:
- Develops a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identifies and researches potential clients
- Arranges business meetings with prospective clients and partners to meet organizational goals
- Promotes the company’s products/services
- Runs and analyzes data to help make strategic growth decisions, and manage large complex accounts
- Manages assigned projects; plans, organizes and monitors’ progress; sets priorities and achieves successful outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or a related field
- Current US issued driver’s license, vehicle insurance and safe driving record
- A working automobile suitable for driving on business to represent MultiCare
- Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, preferably occupational medicine
- Two (2) years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B commercial/industrial

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,970.00 - $102,128.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
