Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media within Praecipio’s SLA.
  • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to manage and track client interactions, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude, embodying our brand's voice and tone in all communications.
  • Handle a high volume of emails efficiently while maintaining personalized and attentive client interactions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, keeping all client information easily accessible and up to date.
  • Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality, delivering a delightful client experience at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to a lean and agile work environment.

This is an entry-level position and there will be on-the-job training available.

Consulting Experience

  • Active Listening to potential clients is crucial for understanding their needs, pain points, and objectives. This is critical to building a relationship to better
  • Empathy, understanding the perspective of potential clients and empathizing with their challenges is essential for building trust and rapport.

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

  • Effectively identify client challenges and offer innovative solutions to address them.
  • Leverage data to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Can-do attitude, you don’t let anything stop you from the goal at hand. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, namely Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Deep HubSpot experience or HubSpot certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing
  • Experience with Atlassian tool stack



$60,000-85,000 USD  base salary depending on location and experience


Remote in Central or East Coast US.
