NeuroStim TMS Centers is a state-of-the-art, independent medical clinic specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy—a groundbreaking, non-invasive treatment for depression, anxiety disorders (OCD, PTSD, GAD), postpartum depression, and other mood disorders. Our mission is to provide an advanced, drug-free alternative to traditional treatments, transforming lives for patients who have struggled with conventional therapies.


We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be instrumental in expanding awareness of NeuroStim's services within the community by building relationships with healthcare professionals, mental health providers, and referral sources.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for NeuroStim, educating physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on our TMS services.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, mental health centers, and private practices.
  • Identify and execute strategic marketing opportunities to increase referrals and patient awareness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in educational events, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Track and report daily marketing activities using CRM software.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide actionable feedback to leadership and collaborate on innovative marketing campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales, or business development—preferably in healthcare.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (travel required; mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and engaging presence.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
