We’ve built an in-house voice AI and agentic workflow orchestration platform, grown $100k ARR MoM purely through word-of-mouth, and raised capital from the best of the best investors in Silicon Valley on our way to create the world’s first “ghost dealerships.”
What You’ll DoAs a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Toma, you'll be the engine of our sales motion: fueling pipeline growth and creating high-quality opportunities for our Regional Sales Managers.
You'll be on the front lines identifying and connecting with dealership prospects, setting qualified meetings, and working closely with our sales managers to move deals forward. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with a clear path for growth into closing roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and qualify dealership leads through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Book a high volume of qualified demos for your assigned Regional Sales Manager (20+ per month)
Conduct brief initial discovery and scheduling calls to understand prospect needs and fit
Collaborate daily with your Sales Manager on scheduling needs and prioritization
Maintain extremely organized, accurate records in our Hubspot CRM
Track activity metrics and constantly optimize your outreach strategy
Provide real-time feedback to marketing and product based on market conversations
You have 1–3 years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or automotive sales
You’re resilient, resourceful, and energized by outbound prospecting
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where hustle and creativity pay off
You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and great at listening
You’re curious about technology (especially AI!) and how it solves real problems
You’re organized, goal-oriented, and take pride in your work
Bonus: You’ve used Hubspot, Slack, and other modern sales tools
You consistently hit or exceed demo booking and pipeline goals
Your Regional Sales Manager sees you as an essential partner in driving revenue
You’re trusted to own the outreach strategy and bring ideas to the table
