Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and drive growth;
- Offer strategies that are designed to reach specific objectives regarding revenue, recruitment and partner activation;
- Contributing to the development and execution of customer and sub-reseller recruitment campaigns;
- Identifying growth opportunities and creating and executing appropriate action plans;
- Travel to meet with partners and represent SherWeb at tradeshows and fairs (up to 50% of your time);
- Perform other related tasks based on the needs of the organization and evolution of the role.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration;
- 10 years of experience in IT sales or as a Rep with a history of successful transactions;
- Good knowledge of the Information Technology sector;
- Cloud specialization or experience will be considered a major asset;
- Sales experience using Partner/reseller networks is a major asset;
- Latest knowledge of IT technologies and experience using document sharing and client-relation software (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, SharePoint) are essential.

- You are competitive and result-oriented;
- You are charismatic and have excellent sales and persuasion skills;
- You have a good network and believe in strong and long-lasting business relations;
- You are skilled in explaining and developing a business strategy from the conception to the application stage;
- You manage workloads according to priority;
- You are autonomous, resourceful and able to reach set objectives with minimal guidance;
- You are able to perform under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
- You can easily communicate and relate to people of different hierarchical levels.
