Victor is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working closely with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for client engagement.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes to capture key information.
  • Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Assist in organizing and attending sales events and trade shows.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

What you need to have

  • Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - May/June 2026
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
  • Major’s: Business, Finance, Communications or related discipline
  • Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Location: New York, NYC (Hybrid Schedule: at least 3 days in office per week)
  • The applicable hourly rate for this role is $25/hr.
