We are seeking for a driven individual to join our Contacts team and support exciting assignments that bring value to the organization and gives you hands on experience in the corporate world. We are looking for someone who has a passion to learn new things, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group, with a variety of tasks in business management, process improvement, and compliance.

What You Will Do:

  • Gains knowledge and may assist in drafting, generating, interpreting, and managing proposals and contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, ensuring documents reflect business objectives. 
  • Supports the contract group by coordinating input from variety sources
  • Conduct research and analysis of data as needed
  • Helps organize and track data in logs
  • Supports Contract Administrators as need in customer inquiries or contractual matters

What You Will Learn:

  • Learn how to present to leadership and attend different task focused or team-oriented meetings
  • Gain knowledge on coordinate team engagement activities
  • Gain additional knowledge with supporting the  team in various Improvement Target objectives

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. (*Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.)

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
