Business Analytics Senior Advisor - Evernorth Health Services - Remote

Role Summary/Key Objectives:

In this role, you will serve as the internal voice of the customer. You will own all aspects of your technical products, leading business value creation, and managing overall product health within the Business Analytics and Regulated Markets Reporting product domain.  You will apply specialized product knowledge and expertise to understand business and technology objectives, communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritize and translate needs into requirements to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the Custom Client and Regulated Markets Report/Product requirements intake processes
  • Working with multiple Kanban teams
  • Understanding and managing team capacity & optimizing performance and building trusted relationships
  • Understanding dependencies & broad knowledge of product/service offerings
  • Identifying and engaging necessary stakeholders, technology, and expertise to drive alignment within projects or programs
  • Being a passionate advocate, with the ability to identify, champion customer needs, and improve with agile principles in mind

 

Specific areas of responsibility are:

  • Collaborate with business and technology product owners/stakeholders on new initiatives.
  • Support the development of program specifications
  • Align with partners on the product/service to understand demand, capacity, and prioritization strategy
  • Partner with business partners to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize team performance
  • Build trusted relationships with business and report development partners.
  • Collaborate across functional, operational, and technology groups to ensure the appropriate engagement, assist with key stakeholder negotiations, serve as the main point of contact to resolve escalations, remove impediments, and tackle conflicts
  • Leverages product/service knowledge to identify impacts and guide decisions

 

Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of data marts and analytics technologies, ETL tools, service offerings & products within the Business Analytics organization
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Business Stakeholders, Report Development, Data Design, CIP, Infrastructure, etc.
  • Experience in Agile tools (JIRA), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint), Visio, reporting tools (Tableau), ticketing systems (ServiceNow) preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate work activities of others
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Medicare subject matter experience preferred but not required


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,100 - 181,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
